Role

I created the entire visual and interactive experience, including:

  • Custom-designed clinic environments (waiting room, exam room, etc.)

  • Interactive patient cases and quizzes

  • Instructional videos and mock trial setups

  • All supporting graphics and animations

The goal was to make a complex and often clinical topic more approachable, engaging, and realistic — helping healthcare professionals build confidence in applying SBIRT through hands-on, scenario-based learning.

SBIRT E-LEARNING

I designed an immersive eLearning course on SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment) that mimics the experience of visiting a doctor’s office. The course walks users through the SBIRT process from the perspective of both the provider and the patient, using a clinic-style progression to guide the learning experience.

The layout unfolds like a real appointment:

  • The first module places the user in a virtual waiting room, introducing the concept of SBIRT and its purpose.

  • The second module transitions to the doctor’s office, where users engage with realistic patient interactions and clinical tools.

  • Additional modules simulate screenings, brief interventions, and mock referral scenarios, allowing users to practice decision-making in a safe, controlled environment.
