Role
I led the concept development, visual design, and content experience — designing the full visual identity, building interactive elements, scripting and producing calming meditations, and ensuring the course was both accessible and engaging. The playful format was intentionally designed to reduce stress while educating, empowering, and supporting those in high-stress, care-focused roles.

SELF-CARE E-LEARNING
I designed an interactive eLearning course titled "Self-Care: A Journey to Wellness" for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse. The course uses a board-game inspired concept to guide learners through 10 dimensions of self-care: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Environmental, Financial, Professional, Spiritual, Boundaries, and Stress & Burnout.
Each module is theme "stop" along a colorful, illustrated path, offering practical tools and insights for building healthier habits. To enhance engagement and retention, I created interactive games, guided meditation videos, and custom illustrations that brought the course to life. The experience encourages self-reflection while keeping users actively involved in their own wellness journey.
