I managed all primary social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Throughout my time there, the average engagement rate across various industries and platforms stood at 1.22%. However, this figure varied significantly, ranging from 0.08% for Facebook to 1.60% for Instagram and 3.61% for Twitter.

 

In 2020 amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which undoubtedly made it the most demanding year for social media professionals. Despite the obstacles, my team and I persevered, consistently delivering engaging video content to keep our audience actively involved. The content we created in 2020 featured standout productions such as "Hornsby's Quarantine Video," "Workout With Hornsby,"  the "MiLB Virtual Game and Fireworks, and the most popular "MiLB at Home Opener Giveaways".

 

The "MiLB at Home Opener Giveaways" gave our audience the opportunity to win prize giveaways every half hour from our great partners! Prizes included gift cards, tickets to future events, oil changes, singing telegrams, free food, car detailing, AirPods, Drillers memorabilia & so much more!
